Q: How does the 360 Portrait Confidence Guarantee work?
A: We’re confident you’ll love your photos—but if you’re not fully satisfied, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your gallery. We’ll offer a complimentary reshoot to ensure you walk away with images you’re proud of. Your confidence in the final result means everything to us.*

Q: What should I expect going into the shoot?
A: We want you to have the best experience possible, which is why every session begins with a 15 minute, sit-down consultation. We recommend bringing examples of what you're looking for to show the photographer — even general ideas about theme, color, or styling are helpful. Communication is key — the more you tell us, the better we can curate your perfect experience.
Q: What happens after the photo shoot?
A: It's simple — you'll get a link to access your password-protected client portal to confirm the images you want retouched (the watermark will be removed before final delivery). Give us 72 hours after you select your images, and we'll have them back to you looking their best!
Q: I want a solid color (studio) background. How does that work?
A: If you let us know in advance, we’re happy to bring our mobile backdrop kit to your session. It creates the clean, studio-style background ideal for headshots and portraits—without the need to travel to a studio. Prefer a traditional studio environment? We can arrange that too—studio rentals are available at cost.

The 360 Portrait Confidence Guarantee includes a one-time complimentary reshoot, provided that the original retouched images have not been delivered or shared. Once final edits have been provided or the gallery has been approved by the client, a reshoot will not be available. This policy ensures we can maintain the integrity and value of our work while still prioritizing your satisfaction.
Please contact us directly before scheduling a reshoot appointment—if you book independently without prior communication, we may be unable to reimburse any associated costs.
